About Inebrio
Writing and consulting for the alcoholic beverage industry
I'm the author of "The Instant Expert's Guide to Single Malt Scotch" - a book written for the novice. I've been a fan of single malt Scotch for well over 15 years, and have been hosting Scotch tastings and conducting general whisky education for approximately 8 years.
I also serve as a judge on the Scotch & Irish Whisky panels of the International Wine & Spirits Competition, the premier competition of its kind in the world. I am the first American to sit on the Scotch Whisky judging panel. In addition to writing I do consulting work for liquor companies (not just Scotch) in the fields of Strategy, Marketing, Online and Consumer Behaviour.
I am available to host Scotch tastings, or conduct staff education for distributors, bars and restaurants.
On the subject of whisky I've written for, been interviewed by, or been quoted in:

If you think you know me from somewhere - I grew up in New York City where I attended the Bronx High School of Science, and earned a Bachelors of Science in Communication from Syracuse University. I hold an MBA in Management as well as a Masters of Science in Marketing, both from Johns Hopkins University.
I now live in Richmond, Virginia with Elsa the wonder dog.
